Job Title: Accountant
Job Type: In-office (Full-Time Only)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: 1–2 years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team at Fx Retina. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, coordinating statutory compliance, and supporting basic HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client invoices, payment records, receipts, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Record daily financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and process monthly employee payroll, salary calculations, and reimbursements.
- Track client payment due dates and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and expense records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and MIS reports for management.
- Assist with basic HR activities, including reaching out to candidates on LinkedIn, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing,



and compliance of all financial and HR-related records.
- Support day-to-day finance and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the agency.

- Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Willingness to manage both accounting and basic HR responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency or service-based company will be preferred.
- Must be available for full-time, in-office work. Part time or Work From Home is not available.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
