Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods by coordinating with internal teams, transporters, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end dispatch activities, including order verification, picking, packing, loading, container planning and handling, and timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as Invoices, E-way Bills, Delivery Challans,and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth dispatch and container movement.
- Supervise loading and container stuffing to ensure proper space utilization, product safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Track shipment status, resolve dispatch-related issues, and ensure timely delivery with minimal errors.
- Assist in inventory verification, stock audits, and continuous improvement of dispatch operations.

About You





- Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software with a basic understanding of dispatch documentation and inventory management.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
