PG Check-in & Check-out Supervisor

Location: South City 2, Sector 50, Gurugram
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused PG Check-in & Check-out Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our PG property. The candidate will ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out, maintain room records, supervise housekeeping and maintenance, handle tenant queries, and ensure excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest check-in and check-out process.
- Complete KYC verification and maintain tenant documentation.
- Allocate rooms and issue access cards/keys.
- Maintain occupancy, rent, and room status records.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Conduct room inspections before guest arrival and after departure.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the property.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.




- Prepare daily occupancy and maintenance reports.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in PG, hostel, hotel, guest house, or facility management.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.
- Honest, organised, and able to work independently.
