We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Executive to manage our day-to-day human resources functions. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle, maintain employee records, and ensure strict confidentiality across all HR documentation and file management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Post job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate recruitment workflows.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and integration of new hires.
- File Management & Confidentiality:
- Maintain and update hard-copy and electronic personnel files.
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all personal employee data, salaries, and company information.
- Organize and audit various administrative, compliance, and employment documents.
- Employee Data & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee databases (attendance, leave records, and performance metrics).




- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding workplace policies.
- Assist in routine HR audits and prepare administrative reports as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and record management best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/HRIS.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities.

Location :- Thampanoor, Trivandrum

Looking for candidates from Trivandrum location or willing to relocate.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
