- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with accurate service details.
- Explain repair requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with EV technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repairs.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Recommend preventive maintenance and genuine spare parts.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty-related cases professionally.
- Maintain service records and prepare daily service reports.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
- Prior experience of 2 years as Service Advisor is mandatory
