Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (strong expertise).
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient, scalable, and secure data models.

Database Management:

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in database operations.

System Integration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and third-party services.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between different components of the application stack.

Performance Optimization:

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

Testing and Debugging:

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support QA testing to ensure code quality.
- Debug and fix defects identified during testing or reported by users.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with project managers, UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Documentation:

- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.
- Document code changes and development processes for future reference.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance application efficiency,



security, and user experience.

Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (mandatory) with experience building scalable backend applications.
- Robust experience with React.js for modern frontend development.
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.

Certifications:

- Relevant certifications in Node.js, database management, or frontend technologies are advantageous.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and up-to-date frontend development practices.
- Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.

- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
- Experience with database design, indexing, and transaction management in PostgreSQL.
