JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Emergency & IPD Management: Manage emergency admissions, provide critical care interventions, and oversee routine inpatient department (IPD) rounds.
- Treatment Planning: Formulate and implement effective treatment plans, prescribe medications, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date electronic and physical medical records/history of patients.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with senior consultants, nursing staff, and laboratory teams to ensure seamless medical operations.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, medical ethics, and standard healthcare regulations
- Patient Counseling: Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, preventive healthcare, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Review and interpret laboratory results, X-rays, ECGs, and other diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist senior consultants during specialized procedures and provide cross-cover for other wards when necessary.

Pay: ₹20,829.58 - ₹60,000.00 per month
