Should have basic knowledge of Indian & Chinese cuisine.
- Prepare and cook meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per schedule
- Ensure food quality, taste, and proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Wash and clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Check food stock and inform for shortages
- Store food properly to avoid spoilage
- Assist in menu planning if required
- Ensure timely serving of meals
- Handle kitchen equipment safely
