Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Calling Executive who can communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional attitude, and build strong relationships while representing the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Update lead status and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily call records and prepare activity reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good listening and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
