Search Engineers is a performance search marketing agency based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. We are a startup working with healthcare, education, and professional services businesses across India. We help businesses generate leads through search marketing, performance marketing, web development, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

- Research and build prospect lists in healthcare, education, and professional services
- Make first contact through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Handle assigned inbound enquiries with prompt follow-up
- Qualify prospects and understand their current marketing activity
- Book audit calls for the founder and full time team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Attend weekly review on numbers

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile
- Freshers welcome
- Minimum 4 hours per day, 5 days per week,



during business hours
- Willingness to do outbound calling and follow-up

Compensation

- Fixed incentive per qualified audit call that converts into a proposal
- 20% of first month retainer value on any deal you source that closes, paid on amount received

Work timing: Flexible within business hours, agreed at the time of joining

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
