Deepstambh Foundation is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to lead our fundraising function and help us scale our impact across India.

Position: Head – Fund Raising
Location: Pune (Head Office)
Reporting To: Chairman

CTC: Upto 20 LPA (commensurate with experience and fitment)
Travel: Pan-India, as required

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the overall fundraising strategy for the organization.
- Lead fundraising teams across CSR, Individual Giving, and Institutional Funding verticals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with CSR leaders, HNIs, philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and donor networks.
- Secure funding through CSR grants, individual donations, crowdfunding, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop annual fundraising plans, budgets, targets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective proposal development, donor reporting, compliance, and impact communication.
- Represent the organization at donor meetings, conferences, and networking forums.

Desired Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Fund Raising, CSR Partnerships, Resource Mobilization,



Business Development, or Donor Relations.
- Proven track record of raising funds from corporates, foundations, and individual donors.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for social impact, education, and nation-building.
