We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele caller / Customer Outreach Executive to support our business growth. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating and following up on leads, collecting relevant information, and maintaining regular reporting. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and comfortable working with targets and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct customer outreach through outbound calls.
- Identify and perform lead generation activities.
- Do regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
- Gather important customer and market information during calls.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in CRM or data sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collaborations and lead closures.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and progress.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email).
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to collect and record information accurately.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
