We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Category Executive to help us manage and grow our e-commerce catalog. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high-quality listings, launching new products, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product catalog listings across online platforms.
- Ensure every listing is accurate from product titles and descriptions to images and pricing.
- Work closely with the design team to coordinate and upload high-quality product images.
- Run regular audits to check listing quality and ensure everything aligns with platform standards.
- Support new product launches including preparing listings and coordinating go-live timelines.
- Monitor catalog performance and provide actionable insights to improve visibility, conversions, and customer experience.
- Handle operational aspects of order processing, including monitoring order flow, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
This includes updating order status, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring customers receive accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
- Create and maintain reports using MS Excel to track performance across catalog, sales, and operations.
- Use Shopify to manage product data, inventory, and order workflows.
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of experience in e-commerce (shopify), catalog management, or a similar role.
· Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Familiarity with Shopify especially product and order management tools.
· An eye for detail and robust organizational skills.
· Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer behavior, and digital marketplaces.
· Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proactive problem-solver who can handle tasks independently and take initiative.
