Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day technical support for our employees and business systems. The role involves assisting with basic data extraction and automation using Python and SQL. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career looking to grow within a fast-paced fintech/NBFC environment.

Key responsibilities

- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs using a ticketing system
- Write basic Python scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks such as report generation and data checks.
- Run basic SQL queries to extract, validate, or troubleshoot data issues in internal systems.

Requires

- Basic working knowledge of Python for straightforward scripting and automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for writing and understanding simple queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
