Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished ropes.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports and stock reconciliation.
Manage material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatch entries in ERP/software.
Maintain and update BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routing data in the ERP system.
Generate and analyze production data, material consumption reports, and variance reports. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate discrepancies.
Track inventory movement and ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, production, and stock aging. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
