About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Customer Success professional to own client relationships end-to-end - from onboarding to renewal - ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new clients and drive product adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and proactively identify churn risks
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in coordination with the sales team
- Gather customer feedback and work with product/tech teams to resolve issues
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular account health reports
- Build solid,

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role (SaaS/tech background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to tracking account health and success metrics
