We aim to discover and share stories that create impact.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to identify, connect with, and coordinate potential guests, partners, and leads for our podcast and storytelling platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, be comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals, and be capable of converting outreach into confirmed appointments and interview bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, business owners, and potential podcast guests.
- Introduce Turning Point – Untold Stories and explain the interview/podcast concept.
- Schedule and confirm podcast interviews, meetings, and discovery calls.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Maintain a structured database of prospects and guest information.
- Coordinate interview dates, timings, and documentation.
- Build relationships with potential guests and referral partners.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointments.
- Update daily call reports and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Work closely with the content and operations team to ensure smooth guest coordination.
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and appointment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, inside sales, guest coordination, or appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups consistently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
