Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to enhance customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and support sales growth across our retail stores. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the brand and customers, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Assist in customer engagement activities, loyalty programs, and promotions
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure a smooth customer experience




- Support the sales team in achieving targets through customer retention
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails

Requirements:

- Graduation in any field
- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in customer service/retail/hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Presentable and skilled demeanour
