Key Function
- To take responsibility for onboarding, Training, and enablement for the team providing Cloud Managed Services service.
Key Activities
- 1) Onboarding and Induction
- Plan an Induction program for current joiners according to their level.
- Coordinate and schedule the sessions with concerned team members.
- Keep track of onboarding for all new joiners.
- 2) Certification
- Maintain the records of the current team
- Share the certification plan as per their level and company need.
- 3) Skillset Matrix
- Maintain the skill set matrix of the team
- Identify the Training needs of the team
- Plan the enablement and pieces of training
- 4) Enablement of MS team members for upskilling and moving to the next level
- Identify the team members.
- Plan the enablement program for current team members or freshers.
- Assign mentors to them.
- Pre-assessment by self and mentor.
- Training and hands-on experience.
- Coordinate the weekly review call.
- Post assessment by self and mentor.
- Final evaluation.
- 5) Ongoing enablement and trainings
- Account specific
- Sessions on SOPs and escalated tickets
- Tech chat sessions
- Registrations to various webinars and tracking participation
- Reporting and MIS
- Share monthly progress reports at the department level for the above activities.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Team handling skills.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
