Job Description

3D Modeling using Tekla structures; building and using custom components, macros; project setup and creation of templates.
Study scope of work, customer specifications and contract drawings.
Estimate effort and determine time required for completion.
Identify gaps, raise queries, prepare RFIs, seek clarification from customer and follow-up on pending customer inputs.
Review RFI responses, interpret, evaluate adequacy (and close RFI).
Ensure completion of work allocated as per set time lines.
Planning and monitoring junior team members, reporting status.
Report enhancements / changes promptly to the PM / PE / TL.
Ensure and adhere to documented standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
Training and coaching junior team members.

Candidate Profile

BE or B.Tech in either Mech. or Civil streams;
5-6 years of experience in 3D Modeling using Tekla structures.
Sound knowledge in American Standards such as AISC, AWS, OSHA,



Joist Codes etc.
Advanced knowledge of 3D modelling using Tekla Structures.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and any structural stress calculations software.
High achiever, with desire for personal and qualified growth.
Inclination for continual learning.
Strong analytical skills.
High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of commitment, accountability, quality conscious, process driven and proactive.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment, time management skills.
Computer literate in various office tools.
