- Position: Water Jet Machine Incharge

Location: Kim Area, Surat, Gujarat

Industry: Textile / Weaving

- Experience

5–10 years of experience in Water Jet Loom operations.

Candidates with previous experience at Fairdeal, Garden Silk Mills, or Jindal will be given preference.

- Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Water Jet Loom production department.

Ensure production targets, machine efficiency, and fabric quality are achieved.

Supervise and guide machine operators and technicians.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.

Monitor loom settings, production planning, and quality standards.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Prepare daily production, efficiency, and rejection reports.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.

- Required Skills





Robust knowledge of Water Jet Loom machines and weaving processes.

Excellent team handling and leadership skills.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

- Qualification

Diploma / B.E. (Textile/Mechanical) or ITI with relevant experience.

Experience as a Water Jet Machine Incharge or Supervisor is preferred.
