Key Responsibilities

- Supplier Onboarding & Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and onboard leading furniture manufacturers, wholesalers, and brands to expand our platform's product selection.
- Category Management: Own the P&L; for the Furniture category. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, margin improvement, and market share.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellent service levels, catalog accuracy, and consistent inventory supply.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations on commercial terms, margin structures, payment terms, and exclusive partnerships to maximize profitability.
- Catalog & Assortment Curation: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to curate a highly appealing and competitive assortment of furniture (living room, bedroom, office, outdoor, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to plan promotions, optimize logistics for bulky items, and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in category management,



strategic sourcing, or vendor onboarding, specifically within the Furniture industry (e-commerce or traditional retail experience preferred).
- Industry Network: An established network of furniture manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and closing deals.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and inventory metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch Jebelz.com to potential partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
