Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through outbound calls.
- Understand students' career goals and educational requirements.
- Counsel students about Online & Distance UG/PG programs.
- Recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Guide students throughout the complete admission process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update daily activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making 150–200+ outbound calls daily.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
