Qualification: Any Graduate (Science background preferred)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Diagnostic Laboratory / Healthcare preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect patient/project history from Sales & Clients
- Share reports with B2B clients (Word format)
- Upload and maintain history in the laboratory system (SUFLAM)
- Provide report status updates to B2B & B2C clients
- Coordinate with Lab, Sales & Client Service teams
- Maintain Excel records for clinical assays
- Support documentation, follow-ups & audit activities
- Coordinate with the Accession team for minor report corrections
