Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Industrial Automation
Location: Recent Delhi
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager with experience in B2B Industrial Sales, Industrial Automation, Capital Equipment, SPM, Test & Measurement, or Instrumentation to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory.
- Develop new customers, OEMs, EPCs, and project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering/application teams to provide customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Manage channel partners/distributors (if applicable).
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory plans.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.





Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Capital Equipment / Machine Manufacturing / SPM industry.
- Industrial Automation and Instrumentation sales experience.
- Knowledge of Test & Measurement, Calibration Instruments, Sensors, Torque/Force Systems, and Data Acquisition Systems.
- Understanding of ISO / NABL standards and calibration practices.
- Strong B2B, OEM, and EPC sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to convert technical solutions into business value.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates from the Metrology Industry (First Preference).
- Candidates with experience in Capital Equipment / Machinery Sales (Second Preference).
