About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineer to manage end-to-end change activities across products, processes, systems, and documentation. The role ensures controlled execution of changes while maintaining compliance, quality, and risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, review, approve, and implement engineering changes
- Develop timing plans and ensure timely execution of changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and track progress effectively
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions
- Manage escalations and ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality targets
- Ensure adherence to change management systems and organizational processes
- Maintain structured documentation and accurate data records
- Prepare RFQs and handle projects end-to-end
- Study product drawings (GD&T;) and ensure engineering accuracy
- Work with PLM and QAD systems for process control

Qualifications

- English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage
- Ability to adapt to changing business scenarios
- Automotive industry experience preferred
