Job Description

General Summary of role: We are seeking a results-oriented and innovative Technical Lead with extensive experience in full stack development using .NET and React/Angular. This role is pivotal in leading developer teams, delivering high-quality software products, and implementing efficient technical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC Core) and modern web technologies (React/Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap).
- Architect and implement solutions that adhere to SOLID principles and best practices in software development.
- Have good knowledge about GitHub, DevOps and Azure deployments




- Perform requirements analysis, task breakdown, estimation, and technical solutioning for complex functionalities.
- Robust technical leadership and assertiveness is expected
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders to communicate technical requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure optimal use of tools like SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Azure BLOB storage and key vault, TFS, and JIRA for development and application lifecycle management.
- Resolve critical issues, troubleshoot, and implement fixes in collaboration with the team.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance team efficiency and product performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the development process. Unit tests and automation experience

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC Core.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures and database optimization.
- Hands-on experience with web development technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks:



React or Angular.
- Expertise in version control tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, and TFS.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, inheritance, interfaces, and design patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver critical functionalities independently.
- Proven experience in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and task breakdown.
- Excellent understanding of application lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on proactive learning.
- Industry domain knowledge in Insurance or Banking and Financial Services, will be desirable.
- Robust to exceptional programming skills would be highly appreciated.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

- Graduate/Post graduate degree in Computer science

Good to have Skills:

- AI/ML related technologies and solution experience, .NET Developer, ReactJS, React, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, SQL , TechLead
