A reputed transport company engaged in Bulk Bitumen & Commercial Vehicle Transportation invites applications for the following position:
Position: Commercial Vehicle Supervisor
Job Location: Haldia, West Bengal
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Commercial Vehicle/Fleet Operations
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Duty Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Regular Shift)
Overtime: Extra duty, if required, will be paid at ₹200 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fleet and transport operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle movement, trip records, and documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and breakdown support.
- Ensure compliance with transport safety and company procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle or fleet supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work in a transport operations environment.
