- Call customers regarding pending EMI, loan or payment dues.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and coordinate with the internal team.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Banking, BPO, Collection or Telecalling is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
