We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Executive to manage, analyse, and maintain all operational, production, quality, sales, and supply-chain data related to our egg powder manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust skills in data accuracy, reporting, documentation, and cross-department coordination, ensuring reliable information flow across Production, Sales, Procurement, Quality, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Maintenance

- Collect daily data from Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams.
- Maintain master databases:
- Production logs
- Raw material usage (eggs, shells, additives)
- Batch records
- QC/QA results
- Dispatch & inventory data
- Maintain digital and physical documentation as per food safety and FSSAI audit requirements.

2. Data Cleaning & Validation

- Verify accuracy and completeness of data submitted by teams.
- Flag inconsistencies, missing entries, or unusual deviations in batch performance.
- Ensure data aligns with production standards, traceability requirements, and SOPs.

3. Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for:
- Production efficiency
- Yield & wastage analysis
- Inventory status (RM & FG)
- Sales vs Production mapping
- Cost trends & consumption ratios
- Generate management reports for decision-making and forecasting.

4. Software & System Management

- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets databases.
- Manage ERP or internal production software (if applicable).
- Design or improve templates for reporting, production logs, and QC sheets.

5. Audits & Compliance Support

- Organize and update audit-ready documents for:
- FSSC/FSSAI audits
- ISO documents




- Traceability and batch-wise documentation
- Support QA/QC team with retrieval of data during inspections and audits.

6. Cross-Department Coordination

- Work closely with Production, QC, Procurement, and Sales to ensure smooth data flow.
- Maintain communication for timely submission and updating of sheets.
- Assist management in analysing performance and identifying inefficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Data Science, Statistics, Food Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, formulas, pivot tables.
- Experience with ERP, MIS systems, or data tools preferred.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing/production flows (preferably food industry).

Soft Skills

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Logical thinking and analytical ability
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Good communication with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience

- Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, nutraceuticals, ingredients, or production units.
- Understanding of FSSAI, ISO, traceability, and batch documentation.
- Exposure to production data management (boiler logs, batch slips, consumption sheets, etc.).

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
