Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive at QUA, you will own our paid media engine — from strategy to execution to optimisation. You'll manage significant ad budgets across Meta and Google, work closely with the creative team to produce high-converting ads, and be accountable for revenue, CAC, and ROAS targets that directly impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- Create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS

Creative & Conversion

- Collaborate with designers to brief and develop high-performing ad creatives
- Optimise landing pages and website experience to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
- Ensure messaging alignment between ad creative and on-site experience

Analytics & Reporting

- Build and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards
- Track and report on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and more
- Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor funnel performance and attribution

Growth & Optimisation

- Identify growth levers across paid channels and proactively propose experiments
- Work with the Shopify platform to support campaign tracking and conversion setup




- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion or D2C e-commerce
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency with the Shopify platform
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear decisions
