LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive

- Research and identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.

- Build highly targeted prospect lists based on geography, industry, company size, job titles, and business requirements.

- Execute personalized LinkedIn connection requests, follow-up messages, and outreach campaigns to generate qualified business opportunities.

- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messaging while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.

- Generate high-quality leads for services including Custom Mobile App Development, Website Development, SaaS Platforms, AI & Automation Solutions, CRM/ERP Development, UI/UX Design, Cloud Solutions, and Dedicated Development Teams.

- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and project requirements before handing them over to the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.

- Regularly monitor campaign performance, response rates, and conversion metrics to optimize outreach strategies.





- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns with business objectives.

- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and lead generation techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness.

- Maintain consistency in daily outreach activities while ensuring quality engagement and compliance with LinkedIn guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn lead generation.

- Excellent internet research and prospect identification skills.

- Solid written English communication for professional outreach.

- Ability to personalize messages and engage prospects effectively.

- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead management processes.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

- Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Pay: ₹10,088.36 - ₹40,505.76 per month
