Job Description

Lead I - Software Testing Bangalore · Full Time · Onsite

About the Role Protect the existing live ServiceNow instance by ensuring no in-scope changes break functionality that is outside the programme scope. The role involves working with business SMEs to identify and document at-risk areas, writing and executing regression test cases, and maintaining the regression suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business SMEs to identify and document all existing live functionality at risk
- Write regression test cases for all at-risk areas and obtain SME sign off before first deployment
- Execute regression suite before every sprint deployment, before UAT and before go-live
- Investigate failures, help identify root cause and raise defects with the correct supplier
- Maintain and grow the regression suite throughout the programme and hand over to TSG at end




- Provide technical input into cross-supplier SIT and UAT scripts and support SMEs during UAT execution

Requirements

- Solid ServiceNow Testing experience
- Strong ITSM and Vulnerability Management process knowledge
- Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Test case writing, execution and defect management experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have

- ATF or any other automation of ServiceNow testing
