Job Summary

Skyline By Ashutosh is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to maintain engagement.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Meet daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Office, and Excel.
