Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising daily production operations for box, bowl, and cup manufacturing
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and manpower utilization
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are met as per plan
- Maintain product quality as per defined standards and GMP guidelines
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure proper line setup, changeovers, and minimum downtime
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation
- Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in food packaging setting
- Support senior supervisor in process improvements and efficiency enhancement
- Ensure discipline and proper work practices on the shop floor

Required Qualifications:





- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing (packaging industry preferred)

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of production machinery and processes
- Understanding of GMP and hygiene standards
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

- Production target achievement
- Rejection and wastage control
- Machine utilization efficiency
- Shift report accuracy
- Line downtime reduction

Working Conditions:

- Factory environment
- Rotational shift duty

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
