We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the IT/ITES industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor project delivery, resource allocation, and service quality.
- Establish and track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management on business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
- Mentor and develop team leaders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT/ITES industry,
with at least 3 years in an operations management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery and business operations.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other operational frameworks.
- PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
