Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings

✔ Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and 3D visualizations

✔ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams

✔ Ensure designs comply with building codes and statutory regulations

✔ Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress

✔ Review BOQs, material specifications, and design revisions

✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

✔ Deliver projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards
