We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose.

Who you are:

You are an early-career Salesforce professional who is eager to buildexpertisein production support anddevelopment.

You work well under guidance, follow established processes, and are committed to learningand growing your Salesforce skills.

What you will be doing:

- Support Salesforce applications by resolving well-defined production issues under guidance

- Assistwith debugging using logs, Developer Console, and monitoring tools

- Contribute to small development tasks such as Apex changes,



Flows, and configuration updates

- Support deployment activities and post-release verification

- Follow defined support processes, SLAs, and SOPs

- Document known issues, fixes, and support procedures

Requiredexperience andskills:

- 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce development and/or application support

- Working knowledge of Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration

- Basic understanding of production support and incident handling

- Willingness to work across development and support responsibilities

- Solid learning mindset and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
