IAM Operations Lead

Location: Hyderabad, India

Join Lonza’s Cyber Security and Digital organization as an IAM Operations Lead, where you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise identities and access across a global technology landscape.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for Identity and Access Management operations, security incident response, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Lonza’s global business.

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work.

You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
