Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or audit management within a healthcare setting.

- Proven expertise in NABH and JCI accreditation standards with hands-on experience in preparing for and achieving accreditation.

- Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Management with demonstrated project leadership.

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems relevant to healthcare.

- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, conducting training sessions, and driving cultural change.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for audits, training, or accreditation visits.
