* Key Responsibilities: Cultivating high-yield agency partnerships and direct brand networks; orchestrating data-led product positioning and programmatic campaign analytics; spearheading B2B brand marketing initiatives, and achieving aggressive institutional revenue goals within the fast-evolving adtech landscape.

Requirements

* Experience Base: Verified career progression within the digital advertising, programmatic tech, or mobile marketing networks.

Prior experience in the AdTech industry is strictly mandatory for all listed positions.

* Technical Foundations: Deep operational knowledge of demand-side platforms (DSPs), real-time bidding infrastructure, programmatic optimization strategies, and B2B technology marketing.

Requirements
We are looking for a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the full operational scope of our newly established company in Harare, Zimbabwe.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business — connecting warehouse management, commodity trading operations, logistics coordination, and procurement.
