Roles and Responsibilities

Primary sales responsibility is to develop GT Market in their assigned territory

Responsible for appointment of Distributors for expansion of the market

Meeting the sales targets and to set the goals in assigned area

Understand and Serve the needs of the market

Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement

Conduct market research to understand the competitors brand strategy

Rural distributers Appointment

Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

Developing the different sales strategies and setting the goals to achieve performance

Continuous monitoring of team performance through the Digital Apps





Provides proper MIS/ competitive activities to HO, by putting an effective system to capture the same from the market & the team

Desired Candidate Profile

A Graduate with minimum 6-8 years specific experience in General Trade

MUST HAVE Good Exposure to General Trade market at respective Territories

Ability to appoint and manage Distributors

Good in analytical knowledge with Facts & Figures

Ability to motivate and lead a team of frontline Sales

Proven capacity of leading a sales team

Must be valuable at Local language and Hindi/English (Spoken)
