Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Networking professional to manage, maintain, and optimize the organizations network infrastructure.

The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of network systems while leading a team and supporting business operations.

Job Description: Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Ensure network security by implementing firewall policies, access control, and threat mitigation strategies.

Oversee network performance, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.

Lead and support network-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders for smooth IT operations.

Handle vendor management, AMC coordination, and network-related procurement.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Ensure documentation of network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Support audits,



compliance requirements, and incident management processes.

Requirements Required Skills & Competencies: Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching) Hands-on experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Juniper or similar network devices Expertise in firewall management and network security Experience in handling enterprise-level network infrastructure Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / Network+
