Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.

Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.

Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend Development Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Develop backend services following clean coding standards and best practices.

Database Management Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Write effective queries and ensure data integrity and performance.

Product Development Develop features such as: QR Code Attendance System Time Logging Module Reporting Dashboards User & Role Management Participate in feature design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

AI & Collaboration Assist with AI/ML integrations using Python.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, AI teams, and product managers in an Agile environment.

Participate in code reviews, debugging,



and continuous product improvement.

Requirements Required Skills Frontend React.js JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5 CSS3 Tailwind CSS (Preferred) Backend Node.js Express.js REST API Development Databases MongoDB PostgreSQL MySQL Programming Languages JavaScript Python (Basic knowledge preferred) Tools Git GitHub Preferred Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Required Qualifications Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, or a related field.

01 year of experience through internships, academic projects, hackathons, freelance work, or personal projects.

Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development fundamentals.

Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Passion for learning new technologies and building scalable software solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile Strong GitHub profile showcasing personal or academic projects.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Interest in AI-powered applications and modern web technologies.
