Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth execution.

- Monitor material usage (cement, paints, bricks, sanitary ware, etc.) and prevent wastage.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.

- Assist in preparing site reports, daily progress updates, and quality checks.

- Communicate effectively with the project manager and procurement team for material requirements.

- Conduct basic quality inspections of construction work and report discrepancies.

- Support in resolving on-site technical issues and providing timely solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).

- 6 months – 1 year of site experience in construction / trading company preferred.

- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.

- Knowledge of construction materials like paints, sanitary ware, and bricks will be an advantage.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team and handle on-site challenges.

- Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
