We are looking for a motivated and skilled ITI Fitter / Mechanical Technician with 13 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate should possess valuable knowledge of engineering drawings, precision measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly practices while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, and installation of machine components and sub-assemblies.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.

Carry out drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication-related activities.

Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

Assemble and align mechanical components according to quality standards and work instructions.

Identify and rectify assembly issues during production.

Perform preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet production schedules.





Maintain proper documentation of work completed and report daily progress.

Requirements Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI Fitter / Machinist / Turner / Mechanical Trade Experience 13 years of experience in Mechanical Assembly, Manufacturing, Production, or R&D; environments.

Experience in machine assembly, industrial equipment, heavy engineering, or defence/aerospace manufacturing is an added advantage.
B Tech / Diploma - Electronics

0-1 year
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in PCB testing and troubleshooting (3-5 years preferred).

- Strong knowledge of PCB design principles and manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

- Familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
