We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager with hand on experience to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile financial records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and experience working with GST, TDS, and financial audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Process payroll accounting and employee reimbursements (if applicable).




- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and internal controls.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial analysis).
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or Busy.
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
