Job Description:
1) Plan, design and furnish interiors of commercial / residential buildings.
2) Estimate material requirements and present design.
3) Space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination
4) Design and furnishings, art works, and accessories, if required at times.
5) Co-ordination with Project Managers and engineers for detailing & execution
6) Prepare Bill of Quantity for Civil & Interior Works.
7) Prepare Bid & Contract Documents.
8) Evaluate Construction Work & Bills.
9) Coordinate with Project Parties.
10) Safety and Statutory Compliances & ISO Standards
11) Identify / develop mechanized process for various project activities.
12) Client relationship coordination and management
Years of Experience Required: 05-08 Years
