Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific branch location. This role involves driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, developing and coaching a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Branch Sales Manager will also be accountable for implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and fostering robust relationships with clients to grow the branch's portfolio and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain high-value customers.




- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including pipeline management, lead generation, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for resolving complex customer issues and complaints.
