Job description:-

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support operations/production
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, finance) for requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly
- Ensure quality compliance and resolve issues related to defective supplies
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports




- Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
